We are going to hold our 20th Class Reunion at the Diamond Ballroom of The Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center is South Burlington on July 26th, 2008. DJ Services will be provided by JFab Entertainment. The schedule is as follows :
5:30 - 7:00 - Cash Bar and hors d oeuvres
7:00 - 9:00 - Buffet Dinner and Reminiscing
9:00 - Midnight - Dancing
The cost will be $40 per person or $75 per couple.

If you click on the Buffet Dinner link above it will take you to the menu choices. We need to select two entrees but we don't need to confirm the choices until three days before the event. Please click on the link and send me your top two choices and I will compile the responses.

Rooms will be available at the rate of $129 per night. Click here for more information on the Hotel or call (800) 325-3535 to make a reservation. The rooms are blocked off under the name MOUNT ABRAHAM CLASS OF 88. The rate is good for Friday and Saturday night.
Babysitting will be available. We are going to rent a hospitality room at the Hotel that will be right below the ballroom so parents can run down and check on their children if needed. We will need some babysitters and will provide some pizza and Disney movies. We are not sure how many babysitters we will need right now but the plan is to pay those that volunteer $40 for the night. It would also be nice if we could maybe get a few sets of Grandparents to watch the babysitters and maybe help with the younger children. The fee for babysitting will be $15 per child, $25 for two, $40 for three, and $50 for four. That will cover the costs of room rental, food, and babysitting fees. Please let me know if you will need this service or if you can provide a baby sitter or grandparent.
Sunday we will do a Family Picnic at North Beach in Burlington. We will rent the Picnic Pavilion from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.. The pavilion will provide us with a large charcoal grill and electricity. Parking fees are $6 per vehicle. The Class will provide one hamburger and one hot dog for $2.50 per person. We ask that you bring a bag of chips or salad or dessert to share with your classmates. It is BYOB. Beer is allowed as long as it is in a can. No glass bottles or kegs.
